Venturism is a nonprofit based in Colorado Springs that helps:

We believe opportunity shouldn’t depend on money, connections, or luck. Our role is to make business and career support accessible to all.

What we do

Venturism Mission Statement

Venturism exists to ensure that career growth and entrepreneurship are accessible to everyone, regardless of background or income. We provide free and pay-what-you-can career coaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurial training that empower individuals to build meaningful careers or launch sustainable businesses.

We serve jobseekers, underemployed workers, and aspiring entrepreneurs who lack access to traditional support systems. Guided by values of equity, empowerment, and community, we remove barriers, provide practical tools, and reinvest resources back into the people we serve.

Our mission is to create a cycle of opportunity where success multiplies - individuals gain skills, start businesses, and in turn help others rise with them.

Venturism is applying for 501(c)(3) status. Until approved by the IRS, donations are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. We’ll notify donors once our status is confirmed.
